What’s going on in the Vineyard?

During the frosts in January, our team worked early in the morning pruning the vines. It took us a week to prune all the vines & we are ready for Bud Burst and the new season starting March/ April. The old canes have been pulled out and mulched back in to the ground. There are a few repairs to the wooden end posts required which will be done when the weather improves & the ground dries out!
