The growing conditions were good, with hot weather in early July during flowering, this was followed by cooler months that slowed fruit ripening until late September and early October when the warm weather returned leading up to harvest. All the grapes ripened perfectly with excellent sugar and acidity levels recorded. Our team hand-picked just over a tonne and a half of grapes which were in perfect condition and delivered directly to the winery. We look forward to the release of our Estate’s white wine from this vintage in Spring 2016.
Further varietal wines both still and sparkling will be available in 2017.
