The Emperor Has Landed.
A French transport ship has run aground in the Crouch Estuary during a bad storm The ship was carrying troops for the Spanish Campaign and a very Important person. The Emperor! The surviving troops must save their Emperor and return him to France. Can they repair the warship and get him out of Althome Creek before the English troops arrive from the Chelmsford garrison or the Royal Navy block the River Crouch. Come to the Vineyard on either the 24 or 25 July to find out the exciting live outcome over the vineyard and
fields, or is the Emperor on a mission to smuggle some award winning English wine?
2pm Napoleonic Battle both days.
Throughout the day Troop Training, Live demonstrations of camp life, War Games, cannons
Beer tent, Wine & Bubbles Bar, BBQ, Pizza Oven, Soft drinks & Rossi tee cream in the Vineyard; Food Boards & Drinks on the Terrace
Cost: £7 per person, Under 12’s Free.
